Welcome to a open studio and finissage mingel for Reza Hazare’s stay at Nordiska Gästateljén Malongen. Reza Hazare is one of the participating artists in Färgfabrikens upcoming exhibition Shared History. Shared History is an art and research project rethinking the chronological view of History towards a more inclusive historical consciousness through exploring methods of co-creation.
Hazare has during his residence at Malongen produced several new works that will be exhibited at the studio. Reza Hazare born in Zahedan, Iran 1987 hails from an Afghan minority. In his artistry he focuses on the subject of Afghanistan’s social and political situation through drawing, painting and sculpture. Hazare is interested in exploring human relations and the human psyche with a main focus on refugees. Hazare graduated from The Visual Arts School Of Tehran in 2005 and after that he moved to Azerbaijan where he pursued his studies at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts.
