Projects

Kojan – Installations by Siri Aidehag

“I’ve always loved dens and little hideaways — places to escape into a daydream, to hide away for a while, and to look out at the world beyond. I think most people have had a special den at some point in their lives, and I want to bring back their fondest memories of these little hideaways.”

Through spatial installations, sound and moving image, Siri Aidehag explores what a den is, and how it can feel and be experienced.

Short film by Ruben Thorsell

A deeply personal story about encountering a world very different from the one you grew up in. Everything is fucked, and Milo is desperately trying to find a way to cope. Told in three parts, this short film follows Milo’s video diaries as he documents his thoughts from day to day.

Vårt drömspel – Artistic expressions based on dream journals

“Since the beginning of time, humans have searched for the future in fleeting morning memories, drawing lines between nocturnal falls through space and the loss of control in our waking lives. In dreams, we are completely exposed, and we want to encourage people to embrace this – to embrace play, our inherent nonsense and our honesty, even in a world where cold facts come first, where cold, logical thinking and AI are flourishing. We want to encourage introspection, artistic creation, and a playful dialogue with the subconscious.”

Drawing on dream journals, a group of young people have created individual and collaborative works across a range of media. Together, these works form a uniquely dreamlike space where anything can happen.

Vårt drömspel (Our Dream Play) is a collaborative project initiated and led by Signe Kihlén Karlsson.
