Memories of Air
– by Nandi Nobell explores our relationship to air from an experiential perspective.
This introduction is equally an instruction: Exhale completely and hold your breath on empty lungs. When absolutely essential, fill your lungs and mind with air simultaneously.
Contemplate: what is air to you?
Memories of Air explores our relationship to air from an experiential perspective. The objective facts of air one may hold to be true are subjectively void of importance upon our last breath.. Air is the primary medium of life and survival - for nearly all mammals and plenty of other creatures. With this simple and obvious knowledge in mind how conscious are we about air in everyday life? Is the air in your lungs of optimal quality, and will the future condition of air be in our favour?
